“This was the second time I used Traci as I had a great experience the first time. I had rented for 2 years and really like the home plan. One just like it came available in the community so we put in an offer on the home. Traci looked at the sales over the past 6 months to a year and found 3 other exact homes and what they sold for. We then compared those homes to this one and based on the same homes she negotiated a much lower price on the home then they were asking for. She helped me with a home inspector, and a home lender this time around. Everything went pretty smoothly any bumps in the road Traci took care of it. She really works hard for her customers.
