I knew I wanted to help people in some way, and I knew that I wanted to be my own boss in the sense that the work I decided to put forth would generate the results I desired. Real estate is perfect for this kind of mentality. Being the oldest of 4, I've always thought of myself as a leader and a person who wants to take control and do what I have to do to fulfill the given agenda.
