Liz Herring

Liz Herring is an experienced realtor whose focus is her clients. She wants her clients to have a memorable buying or selling experience. She strives to keep things simple, provide clear communication, and facilitate smooth transactions. Liz is highly organized and detailed. She focuses on the right price for her clients, seamless transactions, and being there when her clients need her. She always picks up her phone and responds quickly to emails. Liz works with buyers and sellers in Brazoria County and Galveston Island. She started her career in Galveston where she lived before moving to Brazoria County. She works with first time homebuyers, buyers upgrading or downsizing, and vacation home buyers. She has sold residential homes, vacation beach homes, high rise condos, vacation condos, and historical homes. Liz loves meeting new people, spending time with them, and is enthusiast about helping her clients meet their goals. She believes real estate is not just about properties, it includes connections and helping buyers and sellers increase wealth through real estate. Not only does Liz mentor new agents to real estate, she has multiple designations and certifications. Including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Resort and Second Homes Specialist (RSPS). Prior to real estate, Liz was an educator, department chair, and held many leadership positions. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Marketing Degree and of University of Central Oklahoma with a Masters in Education. She grew up in real estate with her father as an investor and her mother as a broker.
