I am Johnna Maertz, Partner and Broker at Blue Dolphin Realty, LLC. I have been in the workforce since the age of 16. I worked the oil and gas industry in the late 80's and early 90's preparing auto-cad drawings and designing oil and gas skids for manufacturing. When this industry headed on a downhill slope, I partnered in a medical supply business in 1992. Thus was the beginning of my self-employment ventures. I then moved into real estate as a sales associate in the early 2000s and became a Real Estate Broker soon after. Her formal education includes a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University and later a return to academia to earn a M. Ed. from University of Houston-Victoria. She devoted her career to serving the needs of her local community by committing over 25 years to private and public PK-12 schools and higher education institutions. Upon returning to College Station and fulfilling a dream to work at Texas A&M University, the exciting opportunity to try her hand at real estate presented itself. During her spare time from a full-time career, Sally began to research and learn all she could about real estate and the market.
